In order to start your skincare treatment plan all new skincare clients are required to schedule the New Client facial as their initial appointment. All new clients are required to pay a one time $50 deposit to hold your appointment time. 

A credit card is required to remain on file for every client. If a credit card is not held on file, appointments are required to be paid in advance 

Cancellation Policy

No call/No show Policy

No call/No shows to scheduled appointments will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled services being charged to the card on file. If the card on file is declined or unable to be processed, the fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. All future appointments will require full payment in advance.

Late to appointment Policy

If more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, that time will be deducted from the appointment. If more than 30 minutes late to the appointment, the appointment will be canceled and treated as a less than 48 hour cancellation with a fee of 75% of the scheduled services due. 

A consent form is required to be completed for every new client PRIOR to your scheduled appointment. An updated consent form must be completed annually. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the consent form completed by a parent or legal guardian before any services are rendered. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at their initial appointment.
